Coffeyville’s Brayson Voss recently won our poll for Outstanding Linebacker with 11,044 votes from the community. Each poll winner is then featured in their own article where we spotlight that athletes life and accomplishments. After interviewing Voss we learned that his “personal goals for the year are to keep getting better everyday, make it deep in the playoffs, and to have fun”.
Voss shared “My favorite part about being on this team is playing with my friends and the lifelong bonds we have made”. Among those Voss has bonded with is teammate Kainen White. “Kainen White has left a big impression on me by being a good leader. Kainen always helps me and my teammates to get better everyday by making sure we stay locked in and give 100%” said Voss.
Aside from athletics Voss participates in “Coffeyville Rotary Club service projects such as ringing the Salvation Army bell every year with my family and the downtown cleanup” as well as The National Honor Society. Voss also told us that he plans “to join FCA and the Interact Club this year.”
