Fort Scott Tigers
Coach: Bo Graham
2022 Record: 2-6
Offense:
Fort Scott coach Bo Graham shared the best part of the 2022 season with VYPE in a recent interview. Sharing “I felt like our kids continued to play hard and give max effort and our staff coached hard even though we struggled to find wins like we wanted to.” Among those on the turf for the 2022 season were senior athletes “Cal Cosens, Cedrik Martin, Jasper Allison, and Jacob Snyder” who Graham will be expecting big things from in 2023. Saying “I will look to our senior class for leadership. They have been through the highs and lows we’ve had over the past 3 years. They know what to expect and how to bounce back from failures and compete. We have a lot of guys who are multi-sport athletes who have been in battles.”
Defense:
Coach Graham says during the off-season the team has been working to “make plays when plays are there to be made! We just need to be more consistent in moving the football. We must execute and take care of the ball. They will be joining returning starters “Blake Tomasi (5’8, 240, Jr.), Luke Harris (6’4 290, Jr.), Jaden Garcia (6’2, 270, Jr.), Colton Rogers (5’9″, 180, JR), and JC Gross (5’11”, 160, JR) as well the above mentioned senior Jacob Snyder.
